Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 Update
The first day of the much awaited Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 fight nearly sold out their tickets. The fight will take place on November 12th and Yahoo! Sports boxing columnist Kevin Lole tweeted earlier that there's only few seats remaining at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Some boxing columnists predicted that Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 will going to be bigger than their previous fight, now I'm not wondering if it's gonna hit big because of the results of the first day ticket sales. I'm just wondering who among Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 and Mayweather vs. Ortiz will gain more pay-per-view? Is it gonna be Mayweather vs. Ortiz or Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3? Anyways, it doesn't matter who among this 2 big fights gain more pay-per-view because I'm pretty sure that both of these fights is going to be a big bash. More fans are getting excited because the judgement day comes closer and closer. Lucky are those people who bought the tickets on the first day because I guess this is gonna be the last time that Pacquiao vs. Marquez will gonna take place. As we know, this is gonna be the 3rd time that Pacquiao is going to face Marquez. After all the controversies of their previous 2 fights, both fighters decided to end this controversies by facing each other on November 12th. The whole world will stop turning at the date given. Pacquiao on Marquez: "He's got nothing different, nothing new."

Manny Pacquiao on Marquez
The controversial knock out match of Juan Manuel Marquez and Likar Ramos last Sunday didn't back up Manny Pacquiao, Marquez's next opponent. Their match was set on November 12th and this will be the 3rd time that they are going to face each other. Pacquiao said that he watched the Marquez vs. Ramos match and he said: "He's got nothing different, nothing new." Pacquiao didn't seem to throw any hot lines but this time, it seems that he's challenging Marquez to improve his skills in order to have a very entertaining fight. Exchanging hot lines between boxers causes the rivalry to heat up. I can tell that the previous fights of Pacquiao has not been so entertaining because his opponents are not worth fighting for. In my opinion, the best fighter who can face Pacquiao for the moment is no other than Juan Manuel Marquez. I've watched the first fight of these great fighters that ended up on a controversial draw. I saw how they exchanged blows with each other. Both of them was beat to death by taking each other's punches. Then, the second time ended on an unanimous decision in favor of Pacquiao which I think was not a very easy win. And for the third time, these two fighters are going to face each other and no one knows what will gonna happen next. I am quite excited in this Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 fight and I'm quite sure that this is gonna be more explosive than any fight that Pacquiao had before.

Marquez knocked Ramos out

Juan Manuel Marquez won against Likar Ramos
Juan Manuel "Dinamita" Marquez (53-5-1,39 KO's) made an easy way out of Likar Ramos knocking the Colombian boxer at 1:47 seconds of the 1st round of their fight last July 16th held at Plaza de Toros in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Marquez finished the Colombian boxer with a one right-hand blow that ended their match at 1:47 seconds of round 1. After watching the bout, I can tell that its not a quite good match up after all. Likar Ramos is not even close to Marquez. Before the match, I already knew that Marquez would be the winner. In terms of his (Marquez) skill and intelligence, Likar Ramos has no chance of winning on Marquez. The result of the Marquez-Ramos fight is quite exciting. Marquez set up the heat against Pacquiao by destroying Likar Ramos via knock out. Will Marquez's power overcome Pacquiao's blazing determination? Is this a warning for Manny Pacquiao to get prepared for their match on November 12th? I guess many fans would love to see how much Marquez had improved for the past years. Would that be enough for him to overcome Pacquiao's expertise? I'm quite excited about the Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 on November 12, 2011. I would love to see these two boxers fight in the of glory. I wish good health for the both of them so that there would be no problems in the upcoming Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 fight!

Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 was settled at 145 lbs.

Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 press conference
The people's champ Manny Pacquiao will face the Mexican boxer Juan Manuel Marquez at a 145 -pound weight category, if the fight negotiation of the Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 goes through says Michael Koncz, Pacquiao's adviser. For the 3rd time of facing each other, the Mexican boxer personally asked Manny Pacquiao to go down to a 143-pound weight category in pursuance of their trilogy fight. However, Michael Koncz, Pacquiao's adviser said that there's no way for Manny  to fight at a weight category lower than 145 pounds. "Its 145, and not 143. We've had general discussions with Bob Arum (Top Rank Promotions CEO), but we haven't sat down and it will be I and Manny who will be making the decision," said Koncz in BoxingScene.com. After defending his WBO welterweight title against Sugar Shane Mosley. Pacquiao is currently fighting at a 147-pound weight category. Juan Manuel Marquez, the reigning WBO and WBC lightweight champion is the best choice by many boxing experts as Pacquiao's next opponent, in absense of the former pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Floyd Mayweather: Pacquiao is next after Ortiz

Is Pacquiao vs. Mayweather fight possible?
The undefeated welterweight boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. finally accepted the challenge of fighting Manny Pacquiao after his fight against Victor Ortiz on September 17th. After the unsuccessful negotiation of Pacquiao-Mayweather fight last May 2011, the expectations of watching these two great fighters are starting to rise. At the press conference last week, Mayweather said, "Manny Pacquiao, yes, you're next," according to fighthype.com. His opponent (Mayweather), Victor Ortiz, is considered as one of the toughest fighters in the present. After a year of silence in the ring, Mayweather decided to take on Victor Ortiz, who is currently holding the WBC Welterweight belt. The deal between the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight is not yet close to its highest expectations, but chances are, if either fighters lose to their respective opponents, the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight might be not possible. And besides, both fighters have a fight to take care of, Manny have to handle Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3, which I guess would be a very explosive match-ups. Other issues affecting the possibility of Pacquiao-Mayweather fight is the random drug tests that Mayweather wants and the possibility of Pacquiao to commit a punitive weight penalty like $10 million per pound overweight penalty. These factors can affect the possibility of the much awaited Pacquiao-Mayweather fight. I hope that there will be no problems that will affect the possibility of the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight because I would love to see Manny Pacquiao fight the former pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr. in order for us to know who is the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world.

Pacquiao Vs. Marquez Showdown

Pacquaio vs Marquez 3
The Philippine pride, the 8-division world champion and the current pound-for-pound king Manny "The Pacman" Pacquiao (53-3-2, 38 KO's) is going to face his fearless opponent Juan Manuel Marquez (52-5-1, 38 KO's) on November 12, 2011 at the MGM Grand Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada. After the unsuccessful negotiation of the Pacquiao vs. Mayweather fight, Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 takes its place. The Mexican fighter first fought Pacquiao on  2004 that ended on a draw. They fought last 2008 which was decided on a split decision, in favor of Pacquiao. And for the third time, they will test each other's abilities on November 12, at the MGM Grand Hotel. Facing each other for the 3rd time, I am quite sure that this is gonna be a very explosive fight. Seeing on their professional boxing records, both fighters are quite close with each other. Both of them have 38 KO records which is quite unbelievable. I think this bout is one of the most exciting comeback matches on boxing history. This is the fight that we've all been waiting for.
